Employee Relocation Council (ERC)

The Employee Relocation Council is a non-profit professional membership organization committed to the effective relocation of employees worldwide. ERC has a membership of over 1,200 individuals from corporate America, and approximately 11,000 service providers representing all phases of the relocation industry. RAL is proud to provide full-service inspections nationwide to the members of ERC, to be a member of ERC and to have participated in the formation of the ERC "Home Inspection Report Form" which is the industry standard report form.

American Society of Home Inspector, Inc. (ASHI)

The American Society of Home Inspectors is the national professional organization of over 4500 home inspectors with members throughout the United States and Canada. ASHI's mission is to meet the needs of its membership and promote excellence an exemplary practice within the profession. ASHI's Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics are followed by its membership, and have defined the scope of a home inspection nationwide and in Canada. RAL is proud that its president is a past president of ASHI. RAL uses the services of ASHI members nationwide and follows the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA)

The California Real Estate Inspection Association is a non-profit professional association of over 400 building inspectors within the state of California. Established in 1976 CREIA has established the Standards of Practice and professional Code of Ethics for the state of California. Today CREIA is recognized as the leading authority in the building inspection industry for the state of California. RAL is proud to be a member of CREIA and supports CREIA's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST)

The American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) is an international non-profit association of professionals from many scientific disciplines and businesses. AARST is dedicated to excellence in all facets of radon measurement and mitigation, public awareness of health risks associated with radon, technical education, and the advancement of high professional and ethical business standards. RAL maintains full membership in AARST and has been very active in promoting testing and mitigation in full compliance with the AARST position statement and EPA guidelines.

National Pest Control Association (NPCA)

The National Pest Control Association (NPCA) is an organization of Pest Management Individuals and firms working together to protect the nations food, health, property and the environment. For over 60 years NPCA has represented the structural pest control industry providing guidance for the many legislative and regulatory initiatives at federal and state levels, as well as training and public and media relations. RAL is a full member of NPCA as well as the local state pest control association.
